Terms of Service

Wendell Labs, LLC operates SheetSnap ("SheetSnap," "we," "us," or "our") at sheetsnapapp.com (the "Marketing Site"). The Marketing Site describes our product and lets visitors sign up for the app. The app itself is a separate offering governed by a separate agreement.

You may browse the Marketing Site without an account. By using the Marketing Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.

Text, images, video, logos, and layouts on the Marketing Site are owned by SheetSnap or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Marketing Site content without our written permission, except where a separate open license or applicable law allows it. Bundled starter arrangements carry their own provenance and license notices; we do not rely on a blanket fair-use claim for third-party sheet music.

Optional Plausible analytics is not currently loaded. We do not run advertising tracking on the Marketing Site. If you submit an email via a contact or waitlist form we'll store it only to reply or as you expect from that form's context. See our Privacy Policy.

The Marketing Site may link to third-party sites (e.g. YouTube demos, documentation). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies — we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

The Marketing Site is provided "as is." We make no promise that it will be continuously available, error-free, or that any information on it is current. Feature lists and pricing shown here may change when you reach the app — the version displayed inside the app governs your purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheetSnap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Marketing Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Marketing Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100.00).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the Marketing Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights under the laws that apply to you. Product demonstrations are not a promise of perfect transcription, universal device support or musical proficiency.
