Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Wendell Labs, LLC, operating SheetSnap, handles personal information collected through sheetsnapapp.com (the Marketing Site). It does not cover data collected by the app itself (your account, uploaded scans, subscription data, etc.) — the App Privacy Policy governs those.

We collect the following on this site:

Vercel Web Analytics collects cookie-free aggregate page views, referrers, approximate country, device and browser information. Query strings, fragments and private score or share identifiers are removed before collection. Scores and recordings are not sent to Web Analytics.

• Basic analytics — page views, referring site, approximate country, device category, browser, and whether you clicked a call-to-action, if optional analytics is enabled. The public site currently does not load Plausible Analytics. We do not run advertising tracking on this site.
• Email addresses only if you submit a waitlist or contact form. Stored in our email tool (Resend) for the purpose of replying or sending the specific communication you requested.
• Server logs (Vercel hosting) retain IP address, URL requested, and user-agent for short-term operational and security purposes. Retention depends on the provider's service and configuration.

• No advertising cookies, pixels, or cross-site trackers.
• No selling your data. Ever.
• No building behavioral profiles or fingerprinting you for marketing.

• Vercel — hosts the site. Processes server logs as described above.
• Plausible Analytics — optional integration, not currently loaded on the public site.
• Resend — delivers application emails and communications you request. Your own mail provider also processes messages you send to our contact address.

If you choose a language, we save that language code in a functional cookie for up to one year so the site and app remember your choice. It contains no account identifier and is not used for analytics or advertising. You can change the language or clear the cookie in your browser.

We do not set cookies on the Marketing Site for analytics or tracking. If you enter the app, authentication and security services may use necessary cookies. A future pricing experiment may store a signed weekly/monthly assignment to keep the displayed offer consistent; it does not create a subscription or charge you. See the App Privacy Policy.

If you submitted an email to us and want it deleted or exported, write to hello@sheetsnapapp.com and we'll action it within 30 days. California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents may have additional statutory rights whether or not they create an account. The App Privacy Policy describes these rights; nothing in this policy limits mandatory local rights.

The Marketing Site isn't directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us through this site, contact us and we'll delete it.

We use HTTPS everywhere and keep the number of systems that touch your data small. Nothing on the public internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by posting a notice on the Marketing Site.
